    Vacuum Bag

Vacuum packaging, also known as decompression packaging, refers to a kind of packaging in which the product is added to an airtight packaging container, the air inside the container is removed, and the sealed container reaches a predetermined vacuum degree and maintains a high degree of decompression in the bag. method. The air inside the container is scarce, so that microorganisms have no living conditions, so as to achieve the purpose of fresh food and no disease and rot.

The vacuum bags supplied by Tipack® include Co-ectrusion Vacuum Bag and Embossed Vacuum Bag, of which the Three Sides Seal Vacuum Bags are particularly popular, and it is also a Home Used Vacuum Bag.

    Technical principle

The main function of the vacuum bag is to remove oxygen to help prevent food spoilage. Food mildew deterioration is mainly caused by the activities of microorganisms, and most microorganisms (such as mold and yeast) need oxygen to survive, and vacuum packaging uses this principle to extract oxygen from the packaging bags and food cells. Make the micro matter lose the "living environment".

Experiments have shown that when the oxygen concentration in the packaging bag is less than or equal to 1%, the growth and reproduction rate of microorganisms will drop sharply. When the oxygen concentration is less than or equal to 0.5%, most microorganisms will be inhibited and stop multiplying.
In addition to inhibiting the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, another important function of vacuum deoxygenation is to prevent food oxidation. Because oily foods contain a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids, they are oxidized by the action of oxygen, which makes the food taste and deteriorate. Loss of vitamins A and C, and unstable substances in food coloring are affected by oxygen, darkening the color. Therefore, deoxygenation can effectively prevent food spoilage and maintain its color, aroma, taste and nutritional value.

    Main effect

The main function of vacuum inflatable packaging is not only the deoxygenation and quality preservation function of vacuum packaging, but also anti-pressure, gas blocking, fresh-keeping and other functions, which can more effectively maintain the original color, aroma, taste, shape and shape of food for a long time. nutritional value.
The vacuum inflatable packaging is filled with nitrogen, carbon dioxide, oxygen single gas or a mixture of two or three gases after vacuum. Its nitrogen is an inert gas, which plays a filling role to maintain a positive pressure in the bag to prevent the air outside the bag from entering the bag, and has a protective effect on the food. Its carbon dioxide can be dissolved in various fats or water, resulting in weak acid carbonic acid, which has the activity of inhibiting microorganisms such as mold and spoilage bacteria. Its oxygen can inhibit the growth and reproduction of anaerobic bacteria, maintain the freshness and color of fruits and vegetables, and high concentration of oxygen can keep fresh meat bright red.

    Product advantages

    High barrier:

Co-extruded films with high barrier properties of different plastic materials are used to achieve high barrier effects on oxygen, water, carbon dioxide, odor, etc.

    Stable performance:

Oil resistance, moisture resistance, low temperature freezing resistance, quality preservation, freshness preservation, odor preservation, and can be used for vacuum packaging, aseptic packaging, and inflatable packaging.

    Low cost:

Compared with glass packaging, aluminum foil packaging and other plastic packaging, to achieve the same barrier effect, co-extruded film has a greater cost advantage. Due to the simple process, the cost of the film products produced can be reduced by 10-20% compared with dry composite films and other composite films. 4. Flexible specifications:
Can meet your different needs for different products.

    High strength:

The co-extruded film has the characteristics of stretching during the processing process. After the plastic is stretched, the strength can be increased accordingly, and plastic materials such as nylon and polyethylene can also be added in the middle, so that it has a composite strength that exceeds the general plastic packaging, and there is no delamination. Peeling phenomenon, good flexibility, excellent heat sealing performance.

    Capacity ratio is small:

The co-extruded film can be vacuum shrink-packed, with a volume-to-volume ratio of nearly 100%, which is unmatched by glass, iron cans, and paper packaging.

    No pollution:

No binder is added, no residual solvent pollution problem, green and environmental protection.

    Moisture-proof + anti-static + explosion-proof + anti-corrosion + heat insulation + energy saving + single perspective + UV isolation + low cost + small capacity ratio + no pollution + high barrier effect.

    Why choose vacuum bags?

    Has a good "oxygen barrier"

We know that items, especially food, are particularly afraid of oxygen, because oxygen is an important basis for the survival of many organisms, but bacteria are also organisms, and some bacteria can multiply in the presence of oxygen, never jeopardizing the quality of food and other items . However, vacuum packaging bags, as the name suggests, must be in a vacuum or near-vacuum state, so they can play a very good "air barrier". In fact, vacuum packaging bags can not only play the role of oxygen barrier, but also can Isolate carbon dioxide and other gases.

    Safe use of vacuum bags

    Environmentally friendly

The vacuum packaging bag adopts the "green" production concept, and no chemicals such as adhesives are added in the production process, which is a green product.
