OFM-900 vibrating spiral chute concentrator

    The concentrator is developed by the North Mining Institute's beneficiation chamber on the basis of the advantages and disadvantages of the currently widely used jigs and spiral chutes, and the advantages of both are integrated. It has the general spiral chute sorting. The principle is that the ore particles can be subjected to centrifugal force, gravity, friction and medium thrust, and a longitudinal pulsating medium force is added to obtain vertical movement of the selected material. The main functions of longitudinal pulsating medium movement are: 1 improving the loose state of the bed of selected materials and strengthening the discrete process; 2 speeding up the stratification of the selected material groups, and accelerating the inward and light minerals of heavy minerals.     Therefore, the concentrator has a composite sorting effect of two re-election equipments , which strengthens the sorting process and greatly improves the sorting index. For example: â‘  When sorting Dachang tin ore, compared with the conventional spiral chute under the same conditions, and process 0 lmm ~ 0-0.1mm grain ore, concentrate grade tin ~ 1.86% and 0.23% respectively 0.14% ~ 4.03%, tin recovery rate of 11.41% and 4.60% ~ 8.53% ~ 8.63%, respectively; â‘¡ when gold ore sorting yongnian 0 ~ 2mm ore grain, compared with the conventional spiral chute under the same conditions, The gold concentrate grade increased by 7.01%~7.60g/t, and the gold recovery rate increased by 7.77%~14.84%.
    The OFM-900 vibrating spiral chute concentrator is equipped with a special adjustment system, which can be optimally adjusted according to the process requirements according to the feedstock of different properties. The machine also has the advantages of simple structure, high sorting efficiency, wide application range, large processing capacity, small floor space and easy operation and management, and has obtained national patents.
    The main technical parameters of the machine are: spiral diameter: 900rnm, applicable range: metal ore and non-metal ore sorting, selected particle size: 0~2mm, processing capacity: 1.5~4t/h, pulsation frequency: 90~360min-1, Amplitude: 0~12mm, motor power: 2.2kW, external dimensions (length × width × height): 1350mm × 1200mm × 3200mm, machine weight: 730kg.     Lathe machining is always a process that turning tools doing turning machining to a rotary workpiece. CNC turning is usually applied to machining shafts, plates, bushings and all other workpieces which have rotary surfaces, it is a very widely application in practical mechanical manufacturing.

    CNC turning can be divided into rough turning and finish turning, rough turning is for the purpose of machining with big cutting depth and big feed rate, to improve the machining efficiency. However, the precision of rough turning can only be grade IT11, the surface finish can only be Ra 20-10um. On the contrary, semi-finish machining and finish machining usually can only apply high speed but small feeding rate and cutting depth. In this condition, the machining accuracy can be up to grade IT10-7, the roughness can be Ra10-0.6um.
