The aforementioned sources stated that the rare earth industrial policy proposed in the document will impose more stringent management on China's rare earth industry. These include requiring rare-earth production companies to increase the level of comprehensive utilization of resources, increase environmental discharge standards, control the scale of mines, and adopt more advanced and environmentally friendly mining technologies. This document will encourage the development of a large group of rare earth production enterprises.
Previously, the market rumors that the country will reserve rare earths, and in this document, it is very likely that the collection and storage as one of the ways to "enhance the comprehensive utilization of rare earth mine resources".
