    3. When the column is difficult to enter, install the column by drilling or excavation. Drilling method is used for installation. After the positioning of the column, the same material as the roadbed shall be backfilled and layered and compacted. The column shall be buried by excavation. The backfill shall be made of good materials and layered and compacted (each layer shall not exceed 15cm in thickness). The splicing direction of the wave beam is the key to the installation. The lap direction should be consistent with the driving direction during construction.
    2. The wave beam should be adjusted during the installation process. Therefore, the bolts and splicing bolts should not be tightened prematurely so that the oblong holes of the wave beam can be adjusted in time during the installation to form a smooth line shape and avoid local irregularities.
    3. The top surface of the wave beam should be coordinated with the vertical curve of the road during installation. And check the line shape of the guardrail. When it is determined that the line shape is straight and smooth, tighten the bolts last.
    5, matters needing attention
    1 The construction preparation should be sufficient and the location of the construction section should be accurately located. The lofting should be precise and the error is within the specified range.
    2 Post construction shall be strictly serious, and its verticality, spacing, bolt hole position and other dimensions shall meet the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, it shall be reworked immediately. At the same time, rework shall be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of specification JTJ074-94.
    3 The packing and marking of components such as corrugated beam plates and columns shall comply with the provisions of GB6725. The guardrail shall not be bulked during purchase, and shall ensure that the product will not be deformed or damaged (injured) during lifting, transport, or stacking. The transportation should be fixed and reliable to prevent damage to the coating or deformation of the components due to bumps.
    4 Pay attention to the packing and marking of the high beam splicing bolt connection at the wave beam when purchasing goods should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T1231.
    5 The guardrail should be operated with caution in construction and must not damage the cables, pipes and other facilities buried under the road surface.
