Xinjiang's first list of charging facility construction operators announced that seven companies are on the list


In 2017, the list of the first batch of electric vehicle charging facility construction operators in Xinjiang was announced. Seven companies were on the list, becoming operators that were allowed to build and operate electric vehicle charging stations in 2017. The charging facilities can be built and operated throughout the country. This was April 24, 2017. The reporter learned from the Xinjiang Development and Reform Commission.


The seven companies are: Xinjiang Guohe Power Technology Co., Ltd., Hami SDIC Tonghui New Energy Automobile Operation Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Torch Gas Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Tongde Energy Co., Ltd., and Xinjiang Huiyuan Power Co., Ltd. , Xinjiang Duke Energy Co., Ltd., Jinghe Zhongya Xinlu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
The Xinjiang Development and Reform Commission’s notice also requires that the development and reform commissions of all localities (prefectures and cities) should further regulate the construction and operation activities of electric vehicle charging facilities in accordance with the relevant regulations of the State and Xinjiang, and the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging facilities incorporated into the “Catalogue”. It is allowed to carry out the construction and operation of charging facilities throughout the territory; for electric vehicle charging facility construction and operation enterprises not included in the “Catalogue”, it shall not engage in the construction and operation of electric vehicle charging facilities, and may not record the charging facilities to be built and operated. .
It is understood that during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period, Xinjiang will actively carry out demonstrations of construction and operation models in Urumqi, Changji, Hami, Turpan, Karamay, and national 4A, 5A scenic spots, and build 1-2 kilometers of charging service circles in the core areas of the city.
