Non-ferrous metal ore mining and mining method

    Dongbo non-ferrous metal ore is in high-temperature hydrothermal filling and replacement lead-zinc deposit, hosted in Devonian limestone, ore and rock are stable. The number of ore bodies is large, the distribution is not concentrated, and the shape is complex. The ore body has a strike of 20 to 200 m, a thickness of 0.5 to 12.5 m, a dip angle of 60 to 85 degrees, and a partial 50° or so. It is harvested by shallow hole retention method. The stage height is 45-55 m, the length of the ore block is 40-60 m, and the column width is 8 ~12m, the top column is 5m high and the bottom column is 5~7m high.
    Return to the mining column in two ways. First, with the mining roof and the upper stage bottom column, the inter-column is used as a cutting well in the ore block patio (in the middle column), and half of the mining hole is used for shallow mining, and the other half is reserved. Permanent pillar. Another (and mainly used) method is to use medium-deep hole recovery (see figure below). After the mine is emptied, the top column and the upper stage bottom column are first taken, and the rear mining column, or the top bottom column and the intermediate column are simultaneously recovered. Extend the original electric roadway or section along the vein roadway to 2.6×2.6m as the bottom column rock drilling roadway; dig the tunnel through the mine block patio, and then drill the 15~20m top column rock drilling roadway along the lower plate; The height of each of the three original communication lanes in the column is taken as a section, and the contact roads at the level of the rock drilling are widened to 0.5 to 1.0 m in the upper and lower disks. Use the YGZ-90 rock drill to fan-shaped (top and bottom columns) or parallel blastholes (in the middle column) in the staged rock drilling level. The aperture is 65mm, the minimum resistance line is 1.5-1.8m, the hole bottom distance is 1.5-2.2m, and the maximum hole depth is 12m.

    CH/CS Cone Crusher


    (1) CH/CS Cone Crusher is a single cylinder hydraulic structure. The equipment is designed according to heavy-duty working conditions. The main shaft is supported at the upper and lower points, and the stress conditions are good.


    (2) The constant crushing chamber (CLP) design keeps the feeding and production capacity constant during the liner wear cycle, significantly reducing the operating cost.


    (3) Up to ten kinds of cavity shape changes and up to four kinds of eccentricities can be set for an eccentric sleeve bushing, which greatly enhances the flexibility and adaptability of the equipment.


    (4) Equipped with intelligent ore outlet adjustment system ASRI, the performance of the crusher can be maximized.


    (5) Advanced liner wear monitoring and automatic compensation functions, operation data record query functions, and convenient network communication functions can significantly improve the maintenance level of equipment and optimize the coordination and control with other equipment in the system.


    (6) Compared with CH type, CS type crushing chamber is higher and steeper, with larger feed inlet and larger carrying capacity. It is suitable for secondary crushing when the feed particle size is large. Its lower frame is interchangeable with CH crusher of the same specification.
