Phosphate ore flotation process

    First, the positive flotation process

    Flotation process is suitable for sorting a siliceous phosphate ore, using Na 2 SiO 3 and other silicate minerals while suppressing anionic collector with phosphate minerals being upright flotation process, better separation, such as Ningxia Helan Mountain Mine, the process flow is shown in Figure 1.     Third, double reverse flotation process

    The double reverse flotation process is suitable for the most difficult colloidal phosphate rock in phosphate ore. The process first uses H 2 SO 4 or H 3 PO 4 to inhibit phosphorus minerals, and anionic collector reverse flotation dolomite and other carbonates. After the mineral is removed, the slurry is de-slurried and then the silicate mineral is reversely floated with a cationic collector. The process flow is shown in Figure 3. However, further research is needed on high-efficiency cation collectors and beneficiation processes, such as Yichang Phosphate Mine and Jingjing Phosphate Mine in Hubei.

    Color Coated Aluminum Coils

    Color-coated Aluminum Coil is to paint and color the surface of aluminum substrate. The ultraviolet absorber can be divided into matt and high-gloss series according to the gloss. It can give colorful aluminum products rich colors, and has good gloss and smoothness, as well as superior texture and feel, and can also increase the sense of hierarchy and three-dimensionality. It can protect objects exposed to the atmosphere and attacked by ultraviolet radiation, wind, rain, frost and snow; due to temperature difference, freeze-thaw cycles, corrosive gases and microorganisms, the coating can play a protective role. Especially suitable for interior decoration and advertising boards.
