Shaanxi Pusheng Electric Co., Ltd. has successfully developed the PS-109e high-speed high-end air jet loom. This model is an improved model developed on the basis of the PS-109i air jet loom, which was awarded the title of “National Key New Product†in 2006.
Compared with the PS-109i air jet loom, the PS-109e air jet loom has faster speed and higher stability. In addition to inheriting the AJC weft insertion automatic control device and the ELO electronically controlled let-off device of the PS-109i air jet loom, the PS-109e air jet loom has improved in terms of power and latitude. The new model directly controls the positioning and stopping by the electromagnetic brake. It is equipped with a super-start motor with a power of 3.0kw (cam opening) and 3.7kw (multi-arm opening). The double-button operation ensures the convenience of the operation. The new model has improved the weft insertion rate, the weft insertion rate reaches 2200 m/min, which is 40% higher than the PS-109i. It can be used for 6-link beating to accommodate various widths within 390 cm.
The PS-109e can also be adapted to large packages with a maximum take-up diameter of 800mm. In addition, the PS-109e air jet loom is equipped with a PDF electronic weft storage device and a mechanical continuous indirect coiling (MTU) device. A multi-plate disc brake is used on the take-up drive to eliminate slippage and wrinkles and smooth the winding. Its optimized mechanical, pneumatic, and circuit configurations reduce energy consumption by 15% to 20% compared to the PS-109i.
