Qiaozhi fuel stop valve packing and stubborn


    Instead of spending a penny, the abandoned air duct apron cures the stubbornness of the fuel valve packing. This is the result of the brainstorming of two metrologists in the Harbin Locomotive Depot. This alone can save more than 10,000 yuan per year for the segment.

    The locomotive fuel must pass the check valve in the process of loading and unloading, regulating storage, metering and distribution. The fuel is aggressive, and the new valve stops leaking in less than half a year. According to statistics, more than 1,100 kilograms of fuel are lost in one segment per year, equivalent to nearly 4,000 yuan. The metering staff Wang Yaobin and Chen Yanlin began to ponder over the problem two years ago. After many experiments, they found that the abandoned train air duct rubber ring is used as the valve packing packing material, and the leakage prevention effect is remarkable. After adopting this method, it can block more than 3,000 kilograms of dripping fuel per year.
