After arriving at the construction site, the Sany staff first made a professional measurement of the amplitude and vibration acceleration of the roller, and determined that the equipment excitation force met the requirements. The lack of compaction in the previous test section was mainly due to the incorrect construction method. To this end, Sany R & D and manufacturing personnel accompanied the construction party to the nearby RCC dam, carefully studied the material ratio and the rolling method, and invited an operator who had experience in the construction of such projects to cooperate. After perfecting the construction process and correcting the operation method, if the Sany STR130-5 double drum pressure road has the help of God, the concrete dam compaction degree is as high as 101.43%, the virtual pavement thickness is 35 cm, and the compaction thickness is 30 cm.
