    An appraisal committee composed of experts from the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Jin Yong, Zhang Hao, and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Duan Xue, believes that the Longxi Group's new clean production technology based on the sulfur-phosphorus-titanium joint production method independently developed based on the actual situation of domestic titanium resources, The international leading level not only produces high-quality rutile titanium dioxide, but also realizes the recycling of resources and energy-saving and emission reduction. It plays an important role in promoting China's titanium dioxide industry upgrading and structural adjustment.

    According to reports, the Long Yao Group and its subordinated Long Yao Titanium Industry has been exploring the clean production of the titanium white industry since 2001. Through ten years of efforts, the titanium dioxide, sulfuric acid, and phosphorus chemical production units were integrated and optimized, and a new clean production process for sulfur-phosphorus-titanium co-production titanium dioxide that meets the needs of China's titanium resources and has independent intellectual property rights was created. The new process realizes the coupling and recycling of material flow and energy flow in the three major production systems of sulphuric acid, titanium dioxide and phosphoric acid, the recycling of waste acid in the production of titanium dioxide, the production of sulphuric acid with ferrous sulphate and the production of sulphuric acid and low-grade phosphate rock. Many technological breakthroughs have been made in other areas.

    In the recycling of waste acid from the production of titanium dioxide, we have developed a number of technologies such as pre-concentration of waste acid with low energy consumption, purification of impurities, and purification of impurities with our own intellectual property rights. We have for the first time achieved the full use of waste sulfuric acid in titanium dioxide plants. Can also be extended to related sulfuric acid, titanium dioxide production enterprises.

    In the production of sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid sulphate, sulfur and pyrite were mixed and mixed to produce sulfuric acid. Sulfuric acid was used to produce sulfuric acid, and recycling of sulfur resources was realized. On-site assessment by the Group of Experts showed that the sulphur consumption of tons of sulphuric acid in the sulphuric acid plant was reduced from 328 kg to 289 kg.

    In the middle and low grade phosphate rock mineral processing field, the acidic wastewater pretreatment phosphate ore ore ore technology has been developed for the first time. Using this technology not only improves the quality of phosphate ore, titanium concentrate, but also solves the two major problems of resource utilization of titanium dioxide acidic wastewater and high-efficiency development and utilization of low-grade phosphate rock resources. All acidic wastewater is reused. The Phosphorus recovery rate of the phosphate plant using this technology was over 94%, and the 98% sulfuric acid consumption per ton product was reduced by 0.4 tons.
