Product Introduction
This multi-layer frame filter is ideal for fine and semi-fine filtration processes, including purification, sterilization, and defecation in low-viscosity liquids with minimal sludge content under a 50% concentration. It can achieve sterile filtration without passing through the microporous membrane by directly using microporous filtration film.
Features
1) Constructed from high-quality stainless steel such as 1Crl8Ni9Ti or 316L, it is resistant to corrosion and durable.
2) The filter plate uses a screw structure, allowing replacement of different filters based on the filtration needs (early filter, semi-fine filter, fine filter). Direct selection of microporous membranes can also achieve sterile filtration. Users can adjust the number of filter plates according to production flow requirements.
3) All sealing parts are equipped with milky white silicone rubber seals that are non-toxic and heat-resistant, ensuring no leakage and excellent sealing performance.
4) The machine operates under pressurized closed filtration, minimizing liquid loss. The clarity of the filtered liquid is good, and the use of medium-speed filter paper and microporous membranes ensures effective sterilization.
5) The machine can be customized with an automatic return channel. After the pump stops, opening the return valve allows automatic sediment discharge. For high-viscosity liquids, this feature helps maintain smooth flow and automatically discharges impurities. It also allows water to be returned for temporary cleaning purposes.
6) The connection between the pump and the input tube is secured with a triple-ring seal, making it easy to unload and clean.
