Production Introduction
This multi-layer frame filter is designed for fine and semi-fine filtration applications in industries requiring sealed filtration. It's suitable for low-viscosity liquids with minimal impurities, up to a concentration of 50%. By directly using microporous filtration membranes, it achieves sterile filtration without passing through the membrane.
Features
1) The machine is made from high-quality stainless steel (1Crl8Ni9Ti or 316L), offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
2) The screw structure of the filter plate allows for replacement of different filters depending on the process requirements (early, semi-fine, and fine filtration). Direct selection of a microporous membrane can achieve sterile filtration. Users can adjust the number of filter plates according to production flow size.
3) All sealing parts use milky white silicone rubber seals, ensuring no leakage and good sealing performance.
4) The pressurized closed filtration system ensures no loss of liquid material. The filtered liquid has high clarity and effectively removes bacteria when using medium-speed filter paper or microporous membranes.
5) The machine can be equipped with an automatic return channel based on user needs. After the pump stops, opening the return valve (deflation function) automatically discharges sediment. In high-viscosity liquid filtration, this feature helps maintain smooth flow and automatically returns impurities for discharge. Additionally, water can be used to clean the filter temporarily.
6) The connection between the pump and input tube uses a triple-ring seal, making it easy to remove and clean.
