China's first 2800KW planetary gear reducer passed the on-site appraisal organized by China Coal Industry Association at the cement plant of Hebei Jinniu Energy Co., Ltd.
The 2800KW planetary gear reducer jointly developed by the Shanghai Branch of the Coal Research Institute and the Suzhou Metallurgical Machinery Factory of Baosteel Group is the largest planetary gear reducer independently developed and used in China's building materials and metallurgical industries. In September 2004, the reducer was applied in the main drive system of No. 1 cement mill of Hebei Jinniu Energy Cement Factory. At present, it has been running for 7500 hours. The number of stress cycles of the sun gear is more than 59×107. The whole machine runs smoothly, and the noise, vibration and temperature rise are achieved. Design requirements.
